Out of an old collection, comes this beautiful section of a very large Rhodochrosite stalactite.
Only about 25% polished to shoe the wonderful zoning and "eye".
The top and back are all natural,
but the back side could be polished to show two eyes that are present there.
It has beautiful coloring or pinkish red.
Even though this is a thick piece of solid rhodo, when back lit, it is very translucent.
Even more impressive in person!
