Smithsonite w/ Cerussite

Out of an old collection come this beautiful specimen.
It never ceases to amaze me the number of different forms and colors of smithsonite from this famous mine.
Here we have a matrix that is covered with Cerussite crystals.
Atop of them are two generations of Smithsonite.
The first are colorless / white smithsonite scalenohedrons.
The second is a very unique smithsonite crystal form.
These are clusters of flattened scalenohedron crystals that are a pale apple green in color,
also known as Herrerite.
This is a very uncommon form of smithsonite. These clusters have a flower pedal appearence.
There are a few missing crystals in the front bottom, but hard to tell from the other crystals around it without magnification.
A beautiful and unique specimen overall.
